Born on August 9, 1982 in La Spezia, he graduated in Hotel Management at the “G. Casini” Institute. Various experiences followed in important restaurants including Joel Robuchon’s restaurant (3 Michelin stars) and specialization at the “Boscolo Etoile” academy. In 2004, after years spent in various restaurants in Italy, the Principality of Monaco (where he collaborated for the Monaco Restaurant Group), France and Spain, he moved to England trying his hand at well-known restaurants. Since 2008, thanks to his flexibility and organizational skills, he began his career as a chef on luxury private boats (Collaborations with Flavio Briatore, Arab Princes and world-famous personalities), villas and private islands among the most important in the world. In 2020 he opened his own restaurant “La Barca”, in Tellaro (SP), awarded after only two months as one of the best new restaurants of the last three years in Italy, making a lot of people talk about him for the Great Cuisine made of territory and love for the best raw materials on the market. Since October 2022 he has moved to Umbria where he currently works as Executive Chef Al Grottino di Gualdo Cattaneo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
He has also collaborated with the University of Flavors of Perugia and Eurochocolate. He specializes in Italian, international, French, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, regional and molecular cuisine.
Known as a traveling Gourmet Chef where over the course of 20 years he has told the social public about the real experiences in the most famous restaurants in the world.
